9. AL SAID

Price: $300 Million

Owner: Qaboos Bin Said Al Said (Sultan of Oman)

 Al Said was launched by the Lürssen Shipyard in September 2007 and at the time of her launch, she was the world’s second-longest yacht.

Its four MTU-20V diesel engines can each deliver 6,301 kW and accelerate the ship up to 26 knots, with the 1.2 million liter diesel tanks, Dubai is able to travel 8,500 nautical miles.

Motor Yacht A (MY A) is designed by Philippe Starck and engineered by naval architect Martin Francis.

It took years to complete construction. According to Boat International, MY A can accommodate 14 guests in its 7 guest cabins and is designed for 35 crew members on board.

It features a 2,500 sq ft master bedroom, a disco, a helicopter hanger, a separate 30-foot speedboat.  Additional features like a glass roof looking up one of the swimming pools.

Topaz Launched 2012 by the famous German shipyard Lurssen. Its exterior designed by Tim Heywood and interior design by Terence Disdale.

Topaz yacht capable of reaching a maximum speed of 25 knots and a cruising speed of 23 knots.

It is fully equipped with gyms, two Jacuzzi, movie theatres and a conference room. It offers space for a wide choice of water toys, including jet skis, inflatable boats, catamarans, and a mini-submarine.

Topaz yacht can accommodate up to 62 guests within 26 cabins on board, along with 79 crew members.

Engineer Mubarak Saad al Ahbabi directed the construction of Azzam, with technical engineering by Lürssen Yachts including design by Nauta Yachts and interior design by Christophe Leoni.

Azzam accommodates a large, open plan main saloon, accommodation for 36 guests and up to 80 crew. It has complex ‘dual-mode’ engine systems, and the fuel required, despite having a comparatively shallow draught of just 4.3 meters.
